At Neonbleau, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
Jewelry

All Neonbleau jewelry is covered by a 2-month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and the labor required to repair them.

This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear (scratches, dents, nicks, missing stones)

Water damage

Fading/chipping of materials due to handling

Lost or stolen parts

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper repairs by third parties

Ring resizing is available within 1 month of purchase for a nominal fee. Eternity rings cannot be resized; if returned due to sizing issues, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Stone replacement is available for up to 3 months after purchase for certain stones (excluding any single stone of 0.12 carat or larger).
Beauty, Skincare & Makeup

All beauty products are guaranteed to arrive in new, unused condition. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer warranties once they are opened or used.
