NEONBLEAU is a curated wellness marketplace. All products are fulfilled directly by our trusted supplier partners via Shopify Collective. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States (48 contiguous states) only. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • International destinations

Processing & Delivery Times

Because orders are fulfilled by independent supplier partners, processing and delivery times may vary by product and brand:

  • Processing time: Typically 1–3 business days per supplier
  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships

Multi-Supplier Orders

If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and supplier. Rates may vary by product category and fulfillment partner.

Additional Notes

  • We do not offer expedited shipping or PO Box delivery at this time
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • NEONBLEAU is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue
