Return & Exchange Policy

At NEONBLEAU, we curate products from a network of trusted wellness supplier partners through Shopify Collective. Because each product is fulfilled directly by its respective supplier, return eligibility, conditions, and instructions may vary by brand.

General Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Consumable products (supplements, teas, edibles, topicals, and food items) are not eligible for return once opened, due to health and safety reasons
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Final sale and promotional items are not eligible for return

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order. Contact us at contact@neonbleau.com and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@neonbleau.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will coordinate with the supplier to arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email contact@neonbleau.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return
  3. We will confirm eligibility and provide supplier-specific return instructions and facility address
  4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of the supplier receiving and inspecting the returned item

Important Notes

  • As a multi-brand marketplace, return conditions may differ by supplier — we will communicate any supplier-specific requirements when processing your request
  • NEONBLEAU coordinates returns on your behalf but is not the direct fulfiller; refund timelines depend on individual supplier processing
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria
