We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn/unused condition with original packaging and any certificates or accessories included.
Jewelry Returns

Must be returned to our U.S. facility

Custom or special-order jewelry is non-refundable

Beauty, Skincare & Makeup Returns

Must be returned to our Canadian facility

Products must be unopened and unused

Due to health and safety regulations, opened products cannot be returned
How to Request a Return

Email contact@neonbleau.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

You will receive return instructions and the correct facility address based on the product type.

Returns for jewelry and beauty products must be shipped separately to their respective facilities.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Final sale or promotional items are not eligible for return.
